As a Director of Product Management you will be responsible for driving innovations and accelerating capabilities that enable and unify end-to-end experiences for our live experts including our skilled workforce, product support experts, managers, and more. This leader will focus on championing four core pillars of the CRM platform: practice workspace, client & work management, AI/ML led expert augmentation, and customer success product experience. The role will oversee an experienced product management team that defines and executes on a product vision that takes our intelligent platform and Intuit Expert Portal to the next level. This leader will have a track record in creating innovative solutions for complex situations, developing a customer-driven product vision, and driving execution plans within a highly matrixed organization. The Director of Product Management, Practice Management Experiences reports to the Vice President and Head of Product Management.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of progressive product management leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing product management teams in a software platform, web and data applications and services
  • A proven track record of delivering on complex initiatives working across multiple teams and stakeholders, including facilitating alignment with roadmaps and teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a track record of driving business value through effective product stewardship and data-driven decision-making
  • Impeccable customer experience instincts with a thirst for customer insights and the mental agility to drive experimentation and learning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - experience communicating product strategies and tradeoffs to diverse audiences, including the executive level
  • Proven track record developing and executing complex product strategy at scale, solving problems across organizational boundaries to deliver awesome user experiences and game changing solutions
  • Experience building and adapting product teams in a dynamic environment - strong hiring, coaching and development of entry-level through senior product leaders
  • Passion for creating an inclusive team environment, facilitating honest and respectful dialogue in a strong outcome driven environment
  • Experience with two-sided networks highly desired

How you will lead

  • Lead the definition of an inspiring vision and strategy for the Practice Management experiences team, to create a platform of choice where experts can thrive and do the best work of their lives
  • Directly manage, develop, and grow a team of strong, passionate product leaders, championing our values of customer obsession and belonging in a high-performing environment
  • Partner with the business units, product development and design across Intuit to define the strategy, priorities, and share progress on the delivery and business impact of the platform
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams - architecture, design, product development, program management, segment product management, analytics, and operations teams - to deliver scalable platform capabilities
  • Foster a culture of learning, applying data analysis, developing voice of the customer / expert insights, and using experimentation to guide our teams
  • Instill strong measurement and quantitative understanding of customer / expert experience (instrumentation) - opportunities, benefits achieved, customer pain points
  • Champion delivery and adoption of the Intuit Expert platform in a standard and consistent manner across Intuit offerings
