ABOUT THE TEAM

The RealPage Renter Engagement team is responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining products that support the latest innovations, trends and strategies that effect our customer's business. Our SAAS based solutions help capture more leads, provide meaningful data analytics, the latest touring solution, and convert more prospects to residents.

The team is a strong highly motivated and fast paced group that works well together physically and remotely accross the globe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Director of Product Management for the Renter Engagement Leasing Suite, you will be responsible for a team of product leaders and business analysts who are responsible for maintaining, enhancing, designing, documenting, and developing the existing products and new products on the horizon. You will be responsible for a $12M busines and responsible for managing the P&L for your products. This includes driving bookings, sales, and revenue; managing expenses and product churn; and driving transactional revenue where applicable. You will be expected to adhere to an agile methodology and attend and actively participate in all associated agile ceremonies. Client care is a critical part of this role as well.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of product leaders and business analysts
  • Maintain, enhance, design, document, and develope the existing products and new products on the horizon
  • Manage roadmap and client committments and deliver on committments
  • Managing the P&L for your products.
  • Driving bookings, sales, and revenue
  • Manage expenses
  • Practively control product churn
  • Drive transactional revenue where applicable
  • Adhere to an agile methodology
  • Attend and actively participate in all associated agile ceremonies
  • Manage client care issues as they are escallated or required



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Bachelors degree in Business/Product Management or equivalent experience• 5 years of experience in Product Management
• Familiar with the practices of Agile product development and SDLC

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Property Management experience is a plus• Salesforce, TFS, Teams, Sharpoint, Microsoft Office and other productvity system knowlege is preferred
