Description
In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for evolving the consumer-facing lead generation tools and scaling the delivery of Personal Capital's wealth management services to support accelerated growth within the Empower retail business. You will be focused on scaling the advisory and operational services while creating an engaging experience that customers cannot imagine living without.
You will work with stakeholders across the Personal Capital & Empower organizations and oversee a team of product managers to drive results.
Core questions you'll ask and evaluate, but not limited to, are for example:

  • Are customers engaging with the financial tools? If not, why not?
  • Do customers understand how their financial lives have improved through the usage of Personal Capital's wealth management services? How can this be improved to increase net additions and boost retention and referrals?
  • How can we enhance or add new wealth management services to expand our customer base and share of wallet?
  • What are the most time consuming tasks of the advisory and operations teams? How could those tasks be automated? How can we serve more customers without growing headcount?


Responsibilities

  • Overall definition of success of this area and corresponding KPI's, we will help you win but we want you to be able to define the game and how you keep score
  • Coaching, developing, and unblocking a team of high potential Product Manager direct reports and providing guidance to other Product Manager team members across the larger organization
  • Setting a product vision that solves customer problems while driving results in net additions, retention, and referrals
  • Defining the methodology and UX for new tools and features that are feasible, viable, usable, and valuable
  • Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and managing expectations


About You

  • A minimum of 10 years experience as a software Product Manager
  • Experience using product analytics tools to understand customer behavior at scale
  • Experience defining, building, and evolving consumer facing FinTech products that customers use in their everyday lives
  • Experience defining and building products from concept to launch
  • Experience managing Product Managers
  • Experience with vendor vetting and onboarding a plus
  • Asset Management and/or Aggregation platform experience a plus

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$ 134,500.00-215,200.00
