About the Team:
The JumpCloud Devices Group mission is to ensure any device an employee uses is protected and productive for work with little fuss or friction. From a Windows, macOS or Linux desktop to a BYOD mobile device, JumpCloud’s device platform provides zero-touch device onboarding, password-less experiences, software concurrency, device compliance and fleet reporting to empower today’s administrators and deliver piece-of-mind in today’s threat-laden environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the lead of the Windows device group, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and roadmap for the largest segment of the JumpCloud device portfolio.
You will be the voice of the customer and compass to the development, user experience and product marketing teams whom you will collaborate with to deliver best-in-class solutions to drive the JumpCloud business. In this role you will need a keen eye for great experiences, intimate knowledge of the UEM device lifecycle, remote support and be on top of security trends, including zero trust. You will work closely with the Identity and Data Insights product teams to define the platform vision.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires 10+ years product management experience
- Has has direct reports and managed teams in the past, with 3+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and growing new businesses and revenue growth
- Vision - you are the voice of the customer and build differentiated roadmaps
- Leadership - sway executives and influence teams to follow you vision
- Persistence - you don’t shy away from complex challenges
- Passion - a belief your work matters, your perspective matters
- Operator - you know agile development cold and can lead many teams
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Systems Center, Intune or other desktop-focused management solution such as VMware Workspace ONE, Mobile Iron or other MDM / UEM
- Understanding of the Microsoft solution stack: Windows, Azure, Active Directory, GPOs
- Familiarity with desktop security and endpoint protection market (XDR, EDR, CASBY, Zero Trust)
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $175,000-$240,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides a comprehensive benefits package, with several medical plans to choose from including a high deductible HSA plan with employer contribution, two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), employee assistance program (EAP), short- and long-term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan with match. Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First. All of our roles are remote. If a role requires you to be in a certain location or country, that will be clearly stated in the job description. All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote, work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
