Company Description

Come help build the next generation of SaaS applications to disrupt the Loan Default Servicing market! We’re looking for an experienced subject matter expert and product management leader to drive the product roadmap for our next generation cloud software applications for the loan default servicing space. This innovative web-based software will orchestrate and automate the complicated business workflows required to manage pre-foreclosure, REO, short sale, and deed-in-lieu properties while also serving as a collaboration platform for all participants in the process including vendors, agents, investors, and partners.

The individual must have a passion for building great market-oriented products that solve real world problems. Use your prior experience in the mortgage software space to connect with existing clients and new prospects to refine product roadmaps. Collaborate with software development, marketing, and sales teams to launch the next generation of innovative software in this market. The Director of Product Management, Default Servicing SaaS Portfolio is a key leadership role in the company where you can make a significant impact by driving new product features, client adoption, and growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your subject matter expertise in the loan default servicing space to define software product requirements and solutions for banks and loan servicers to assist them in automating and streamlining their REO and related property disposition processes
  • Lead and mentor a small team of product managers to document market requirements, collect market evidence, and perform gap analysis against current and planned capabilities to identify roadmap items and areas for potential partnership
  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the portfolio of applications, working cross-functionally and with senior management
  • Define best in class, packaged business solutions that solve real world problems, and which are easy for customers to use
  • Drive growth objectives and operating plans including market share, revenue and profit targets, ROI, key distribution channels and market segments
  • Work directly with our solution configuration and R&D teams and represent the voice of customer in the solution development process
  • Create key artifacts for the marketing and selling process including competitive differentiators, unique value proposition, and pitch decks
  • Enable the sales process, training sales reps and channels and providing support to prospective charter customers throughout the evaluation process, including discovery, product demonstration, and deep-dive proof of concepts as needed
  • Learn from engagement with key customers, prospects, and partners; listen to customer requirements, and address product questions
  • Review and refine major proposals and RFPs
  • Evangelize solutions and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market facing communications


 

Qualifications


  • Experience in the mortgage loan default servicing business strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in software product management or business analyst role
  • Knowledge and experience with SaaS applications
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Passion for great products, and a desire to delight customers
  • Experience executing successfully in an iterative, fast paced environment
  • Ability to sift through details quickly, determine what’s important and author clear requirements and project plans
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adeptly demonstrate products
  • Ability to interact with co-workers at all levels of the company
  • Strong and focused team player and a consensus builder
  • Proficient technical background with an understanding of web applications and basic software architecture
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
