As Director, Product Management, you drive strategy and execution on our enterprise services to establish Outreach as a critical customer engagement platform for GO TO Market professionals in the enterprise space. These include core enterprise services like Authorization, Authentication, Access Control, User Management, Org Management, Policy Management, Licensing (SKU management), Billing, Admin Experience, Security and Compliance. Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Outline the Core Enterprise Experience strategy for the next 3-5 years. Embrace and drive a culture of honesty. Ensure core product metrics are well-defined and productized, and decisions are made based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Drive a laser-focus on product market fit and high customer satisfaction/stickiness for our enterprise features being developed.
  • Drive multi-year strategy around our enterprise roadmap to support global rollouts
  • Contribute to Outreach thought leadership about evolution of sales and customer engagement processes and tech stack
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, business development and analytics teams to ship features that provide real value to the sales and operations teams who use Outreach to grow their business
  • Lead and encourage a team of accomplished product managers, enabling high performance and removing obstacles to attainment of their objectives
  • Drive the strategy for multiple scrum teams and champion new processes and best practices
  • Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the product team’s work with the world

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience building great software, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
  • 4+ years experience managing direct reports
  • Ability to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
  • Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
  • Ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in complex domains
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
  • Prior experience in building products for Enterprise B2B SaaS is preferred
