The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the cloud platform team. Meraki is changing the way the industry thinks about networking, and you will be responsible for continuing that evolution.

Your mission will be to strengthen our cloud platform as a competitive advantage within our product strategy. A large component of this role will be driving the evolution of the next generation of cloud architecture as we scale to larger customers and expand into new markets. You will partner with multiple cloud engineering teams and Meraki product teams across the company such as WiFi access points, network security, intelligent video cameras and more.

You will collaborate with forward-thinking engineers and excited customers to ensure we have the most sophisticated and secure cloud platform in the industry. You will work closely with the executive team to establish a winning strategy, and partner with our outstanding sales, marketing to ensure market-adoption and rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy and market positioning for our next-generation cloud architecture in collaboration with engineering and marketing teams
• Work with our talented engineering teams on the direction of our cloud architecture to best handle the scale, performance, and reliability that our customers trust
• Attract, build, and run a diverse team of dedicated PMs and TMEs
• Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to expand our products to new markets
• Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and pricing
• Assist and train our fast-growing sales team
• Define and drive discrete components of a cross-product unification strategy across all layers - engineering, sales, marketing, and product

Qualifications:

• 10+ years proven experience in a Product Management role
• 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies and software development
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience building a team, holding decisions on recruiting and organization design
• Experience working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and can articulate a compelling vision
• Entrepreneurial attitude, "Can do" demeanor, and the ability to make an impact
• BS, MS, or Ph.D in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field
