As a Director of Product Management for Security Data & Development in Enterprise Information Security, you will be leading the capability strategy while collaborating across the organization. You'll provide a creative approach for our information security and software engineering professionals to think about how their capabilities should work - turning strategy and vision into outcomes and impact. You'll begin as an individual contributor with the potential to expand into a people manager. The ideal candidate will combine business strategy, user experience, and technology into a suite of mature and effective Security Data & Development capabilities.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define capability strategy for Security Data & Development - including vision, goals, and measurable outcomes
  • Create and own the capability roadmap
  • Support the end-to-end product development program for Security Data & Development
  • Elicit operational feedback from stakeholders, users, business, and customers; understand user pain points and desired user benefits/outcomes
  • Manage intake process to capture demand for Security Data & Development
  • Establish and use a prioritization criteria framework for Security Data & Development initiatives
  • Partner across technology organizations to develop processes and capabilities
  • Balance intake demand against team capacity and budget
  • Empower agile teams to innovate
  • Participate in regular product reviews
  • Support financial planning and management for Security Data & Development
  • Participate in vendor/supplier management and build/buy decisions
  • Understand data privacy and government regulations; build an understanding of the current threat landscape
  • Achieve goals in a matrix environment, demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and influence others


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of healthcare related information technology experience
  • 5 or more years of product development and/or product management experience
  • 4 or more years of experience with agile software development
  • 3 or more years of experience managing a diverse, global workforce
  • 2 or more years of experience collaboratively writing Capabilities, Features, User Stories
  • Experience with Test Driven Development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Information security and/or security data experience
  • Agile certification

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
