We're looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Product leader to join as our Director of Product, Delivery & Customer Success. ezCater has delivered over 180 million corporate catering meals to date across the U.S., while maintaining a user satisfaction rating of 4.9 on trust pilot. Not too shabby, but at ezCater we're always trying to aim higher. Reliability and service are core to our mission and you’ll own the experiences and platforms that power the order lifecycle, from the second an ezCater customer places an order to when it’s successfully delivered. This includes ensuring a flawless delivery and enabling our rockstar customer service team to go above and beyond for our customers whenever they’re needed along the way. You’ll build and lead a team of talented PMs and partner closely with our Operations team, Engineering, Design, Analytics and several other teams to take our Customer Service and Delivery customer experiences, platforms, and operational effectiveness to the next level, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

•  Build and lead a team of talented PMs to innovate and take the ezCater Order Lifecycle, Delivery and Customer Service experiences and platforms to the next level
• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for ezCater's Operations focused Product strategy that generates real impact for our customers and for the business
• Build deep empathy for ezCater users and internal teams, and become their biggest champion
• Collaborate with peers and leaders across Operations, Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and other Product teams in a fast-paced, agile-inspired environment
• Manage application development from conception through design, build, release, and iteration
• Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success
• Have fun building meaningful software with awesome people

What You Have:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing a team or teams of high performing Product Managers, ideally in eCommerce or marketplace businesses
• 5+ years of Operations relevant experience, either in a Operations role or in a Product role aligned to an Operations related organization
• Deep analytic ability, comfort working with and manipulating data, building hypotheses
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you're happy spending much of the day away from your desk connecting with team members in different functional areas
• A proven track-record when it comes to stakeholder management; you feel confident partnering with demanding internal groups and effectively managing expectations
• A flexible mindset that is open to change and new information. You're first to understand when team behaviors and work methods need to adapt to new information
• Goal orientation and demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors. You're motivated to deliver exceptional results, driven by a strong work ethic
• A sharp mind, a soft heart and a large funny bone

Starting Salary: $183,000 - $240,000
