TEAM OVERVIEW:
Analytic Partners Product Management Team plays critical roles in product roadmap design and execution, guiding product development meeting client business needs while leading technology and science innovations to reinforce industry thought leadership and competitive advantage.
The Director of Product, Analytic Solutions & Products and broader Product Management Team is an integral part of R&D Group that builds science and technology applications that feed the analytical engines for AP! The team is comprised of motivated individuals that do exceptional work. They face challenges together and they win together. You will collaborate with a fun and agile team to architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver new features and products to our company and clients!
WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:

• Offer subject matter expertise to internal and external clients on analytic solution approach and product features/capabilities
• Collaborate with business teams to assess business needs and priority and collect use cases
• Lead Business Analysts to monitor and manage a product tracking system servicing internal and external customers
• Lead QA engineers on testing and script automation
• Conduct workshop and knowledge sharing sessions to drive solution adoption among internal and external customers
• Liaise with CET, and other internal teams to identify system requirements
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Drive and maintain product roadmap
• Monitor and incorporate industry innovations

YOU WILL HAVE:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of experience with analytical solutions and or products
• Advanced Degree in analytical and science fields - Operations Research, Statistics, or Economics/Econometrics
• 2+ leadership and team management experience
• Experience with data visualization and analytical models
• Experiences in product management, or business analysis in product or development organizations
• Knowledge of Jira, agile development process, and story mapping
• Comfortable working in a culture of high autonomy and results driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex requirements into clear and concise requirements
