Website Product Manager
As Aura's website manager, you'll be responsible for our Aura and Identity Guard websites, and lead on key initiatives, such as the re-platforming and ref resh of our Identity Guard website, ensuring our two brands serve all our customers and distinctly embody the brands' new market positioning. You will create, optimize, and maintain our websites' consumer experience and grow our conversion rate.
You are customer centric, organized, results oriented, and data driven. Th e role is highly cross functional and collaborative-attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
Day to Day:

• Oversee the refresh and re-platform of our Identity Guard website, partnering with brand, creative, engineering, and other technical teams, balancing this large initiative against ongoing projects and requests on our existing websites
• Work closely with product marketing and growth teams to support A/B tests, promotions, and new feature GTMs on both Aura and Identity Guard websites, ensuring pipeline is aligned with prioritization across teams
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to define site goals, scope and requirements, and to determine priority, balancing speed of delivery and business impact.
• Develop a deep understanding of the current web technology stack across both websites (Contentful, Webflow, Wisepops, etc) and recommend and lead the transition plan for the new Identity Guard site.
• Build and manage project plans and timelines and oversee projects through all phases of UX, content creation, design, development, QA, and launch
• Lead external development agency to communicate scope, internal requirements and timelines, and ensure QA and delivery.
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop and track engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics to measure and track the effectiveness of both websites
• Be an advocate for the customer, and gather competitive research and qualitative feedback and insights to inform best in class user experience

What you bring to the table:

• 3-4+ years of experience in product, project, or program management, managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in technical project management or web development projects
• Experience with CMS tools
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional project management and communication skills
• A team player with the ability to work with people across the organization, including senior leadership
• Knowledgeable about UX and design best practices
