Digital Product Operations & Communications Senior Specialist

Summary:
This position partners with the Digital Product Chief of Staff and other leaders to support communications, operations, and learning & development initiatives. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining operational standards, executing communication strategies, and executional support of talent development opportunities across the Digital Product organization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and Communications teams to put together communication strategies, development opportunities, and targeted skill development
- Ideation, coordination, and delivery of "Product-ive" sessions and Learning Series
- Planning, content development, and execution of Product Development newsletters
- Define the management metrics needed to measure (CSAT, adoption, usage, etc.)
- Partner with Digital Product Leaders to support Digital Product strategic initiatives
- Ongoing partnership with tech and other cross-functional partners to bridge relationships and communication
- Support the management dashboard which would be made public to all in the company to view and updated monthly
- Build out product launch standards -consistent processes.
- Create templates (i.e., one pager) for ease of use and education by collaborating with product managers
- Collaborate with training and product managers to create educational videos of key features in specific workflows
- Maintain Digital Product internal sites such as SharePoint and AVHQ
- Operational Support: Town Halls, Deck Creation, Employee Engagement activities, Intern Program
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Writing/Journalism or Communication preferred
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in professional writing, communication, and/or project management
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and planning skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Prior experience in Digital Product preferred
