Digital Product Manager Sr--Mobile App Team

As a Digital Product Manager Senior within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Remote.
As a Digital Product Manager Senior on the Digital Mobile App Team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC's customers using our iPhone and Android native mobile app. You will work as product owner with a development team and will collaborate with many teams across the enterprise to drive an exceptional digital experience. You will work closely with experience designers, other product owners, developers, scrum masters, software service managers, risk governance partners, and other stakeholders. Extensive experience in an Agile development environment is required. In addition, a strong understanding of technology development processes and candidates with a background in native mobile applications and financial services are preferred. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of digital project management, user experience design, and a general understanding of design thinking.
Job Description
- Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
- Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development.
- Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
- Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
- Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.

Work Experience

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $184,000.00 USD Annual
Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job
Within the range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
