As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's Consumer Deposit Online Account Opening organization, you will be based in a location within the PNC footprint.

This position is on the Consumer Deposit Online Account Opening team within Digital at PNC. The team has responsibility for managing the online application experience, with particular focus on providing best in class experiences. This candidate will help manage, create & report on day to day application metrics, using analytical aptitude, critical and strategic thinking. These metrics will be integral to advancing the account opening platform, improving customer experience and identifying key areas of opportunity.

• Excellent programming skills in one of the following tools: Python, R, SQL, and other tools• Experience in Tableau or PowerBI: You must be able to visualize your results using data visualization tools to make your conclusions more understandable to your audience• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex strategic solutions to a wide range of audience.• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing strategic solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.• Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.• Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.• Supports business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

Job Description

  • Supports the execution of digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Completes basic analysis of digital experience, market trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. May help in business case development.
  • Participates in and makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports in the management of the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
  • Executes customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.
  • Monitors business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $143,750.00 USD Annual

Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job

Within the range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Compensation Range may vary based on Geographic Location
