Global Consumer Bank's Digital Citi Retail Services (CRS) organization is seeking a sharp, talented and energetic Product Manager to lead the delivery of next generation application enhancements. As a Product Manager, you will provide platform, product and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will need to be a pragmatic visionary who can rapidly translate business needs into reality. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, building the backlog, technical capabilities and roadmap of the next generation services. You will engage with businesses around multiple locations, and shape business and product requirements in to platform requirements. You will support the platform business plans and roadmaps (year over year, 3 year plans, long term vision), driving product development for new initiatives, making appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, maintaining the product roadmap, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the organization.

Candidates must have excellent product and platform instincts and communication skills coupled with passion for business, technology while delivering a world-class customer experience. Demonstrated track record managing all aspects of a successful product or platform throughout its life-cycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition. Strong data-driven analytical skills and ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity.

Ideal candidates will have strong business judgment, communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve conflicts and set priorities along with tracking customer insights.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
  • Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams


Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
