Description

We are seeking a Digital Experience Owner for our Onboarding journey dedicated to Commercial Banking. This role will partner with Commercial Treasury management Sales and Operations teams to streamline and digitize set up of treasury management products for our customers.

As a digital experience owner, you will be responsible for leading the definition and design of new capabilities and solutions, as well as the integration of existing capabilities that are leveraged by Sales and Operations teams. You will look across the breadth of the current landscape to assess tools that provide robust, efficient and scalable solutions. This role also drives results with a focus on user experience to deliver products / tools that are easy to use.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will ensure that outcomes are delivered that meet business stakeholder requests as well as benefits our Huntington Customers
  • He/she will partner with key business stakeholders on product considerations and built out the product vision, roadmap, and features
  • Leverage feedback from operations, customers, risk, compliance, and legal partners to define and elaborate features
  • Establish objectives and key results (OKR's) for the product, partner with analytics to make them measurable
  • Own the MVP/MMP feature set and continue to enhance the product with iterative delivery
  • Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to establish design, sizing, and release plans
  • Represent the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products within an agile methodology
  • Provide transparency to business and technology leadership on backlog status and product development issues



Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services industry and experience in development and integration of systems into businesses



Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to integrate change management and drive results through implementation
  • Ability to develop, refine and execute a digital strategy
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Ability to educate and drive awareness and expertise of Digital Sales & Service
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels across the Commercial organization
  • Ability to independently manage multiple work efforts, including drive to execution, through key stakeholders across the bank
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Problem solving skills / ability to handle complex issues
