Job Description
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is comprised of multiple global functions that support JPMorgan Chase businesses and employees across the globe. The CAO Digital Experience (CDX) team is dedicated to creating innovative, consumer-grade and industry-leading workplace products and experiences. Using best practices in digital servicing technologies, content management solutions and customer experience management platforms, the team strives to enable JPMC employees to deliver their best work through a consistent set of simple, easy-to-find, easy-to-access digital service solutions that instill the highest degree of confidence and productivity throughout the workday journey.
We are looking for a content lead to join our Digital Experience Team. In this role, you'll produce content (knowledge articles, videos, etc.) for employees - our customers. You'll also review other team members' work, ensuring it meets our established style and standards. We're looking for someone who knows how to create clear, concise and human-centered content and someone who is comfortable mentoring more junior members of the team. Job responsibilities:

  • Write, shape and deliver content for employee-facing digital solutions, ensuring items meet our editorial standards and create a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to revise communications; this may involve negotiating proposed edits, so you should be comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Assist product teams in creating and publishing short, instructional videos
  • Recommend new approaches or process improvements, as appropriate. Edit and proofread work of colleagues
  • Understand and align on project objectives, goals and requirements
  • Address feedback to improve the performance of our content and user experience
  • Adhere to content governance and approvals process for assigned programs
  • Champion and govern our voice, tone and style guidelines
  • Coach junior members of the content team


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 6+ years of related writing experience with a strong knowledge of employee-facing communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience creating videos
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and persuade stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple projects
  • Comfort working against a deadline and excellent time-management skills
  • A team player mentality with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
  • Self-motivation, demonstrating initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with conversational copywriting for chat bots is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field (preferred)
