We work with specialized software engineers, architects and developers to transform and deliver end-to end technology solutions to enable and improve our client’s and business partner’s needs.

What you will be doing:

• Lead teams in Application Modernization efforts including strategic assessment of the existing technology ecosystem, migrating applications to the cloud, language migration and rearchitecting.
• Provide technical insight and oversight for teams performing current state technology assessments, developing modernization target state design principles and standards; collaborate with leads across a team of development engineers, architects, and product owners to plan and execute work.
• Assist with engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from management; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
• Manage day-to-day interactions with project sponsors and stakeholders
• Develop practical solutions and methodologies to further support the platform and application modernization offerings; develop or contribute to modernization standards
• Lead governance and oversight in Technology Development to ensure modernization standards are maintained
• Manage and contribute to proposal work as needed
• Perform leadership responsibility to; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for modernization delivery teams

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology transformation projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing project plans and budgets for successful information technology projects and documenting and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading, architecting and developing cloud application solutions (strategy, design, application migration planning and implementation)

Added bonus if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience leading one or more of the following areas of a Modernization transformation journey including Cloud: strategy, design, application migration planning and implementation
