Our Data & Analytics Product leader will design data products from vision to launch, will lead customer interactions, user research and define the vision for curated data assets required to provide business analysts high quality descriptive, prescriptive and predictive data solutions.
Job responsibilities
As a product leader in the Data & Analytics team, you will:
  • Use design thinking principles and methodologies to identify and solve business problems and manage the product development process
  • Have strong data, analytics and engineering background and experience in public cloud technologies and data platforms including graph databases for storing and analyzing complex and interconnected relationships.
  • Apply structured data methods and technologies as well as leverage ontologies and vocabularies to describe the data.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to research and experiment new data products and ideas while iterating, refining and evolving the product.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 7+ years of industry experience in building financial data products for a bank and other fintech organizations
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus of data and analytics
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching data and analytics products
  • Ability to work under limited direction and handle ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of graph data platforms such as Neo4j, etc and how can they can be used to solve complex data and analytic challenges.
  • Technical expertise in data and analytics technologies and platforms

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in one of these domains a plus: Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Card Services, Auto, Home Lending.
  • Experience with common data vocabularies and linked data concepts a plus (RDF, DCAT, Schema.org, JSON-LD, OWL, W3C)
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics)
