How will this role have an impact?

The Ancillary Operations Product Coordinator will work as part of the team to coordinate all operational aspects of Signify Health’s Medical Products (specific product based on assigned team).  The position will work closely with Operations Manager, Production, Customer Success teams and Providers in addition to external vendor partners to ensure all aspects of the daily operations are efficient and product performance is successful.

This role will report to our Operations Manager, Diagnostic & Preventative Services.

What will you do?

  • Ensure product and provider capacity meet the requirements of membership needs by region.
  • Provide/manage multiple reports to stakeholders appropriately by client/region.
  • Monitor Provider completion rates and conduct appropriate follow up for low performance.
  • Monitor refusals and conduct root cause analysis to find opportunity for improvement.
  • Train new Providers on equipment and applicable systems.
  • Monitor ongoing Provider performance and work with Providers to maintain quality results.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with providers and provide alternate equipment as needed.
  • Test any returned equipment and document results to identify trends.
  • Work closely with Operations, Client Success and Technology teams and other stakeholders to understand, collect and document operating requirements for assigned products.
  • Manage inventories and ensure optimal levels are maintained at all times.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional areas.
  • Proactive in implementing needed changes and process improvements.
  • Consistent track record of managing a diverse scope of tasks while meeting established deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations.
  • Experience working with medical products is a bonus.
  • Extensive computer software skills with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Google suite platform.
  • Collaboration with vendors and external third parties to ensure a quality and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor the day-to-day details of the service/program including the plan, schedule, resources, scope and risks.
  • Exceptional problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Highly-motivated individual who is willing to work in a dynamic team setting.
