ABOUT THE POSITION
Although we're an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear's Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure and applications across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.
The Digital Product Analyst plays a vital role in improving the efficiency and impact of business operations. A minimum of two years of experience as a Digital Product Analyst is required. Responsibilities include creating process flow diagrams articulating business functions, triaging, and helping troubleshoot support requests, creating and executing test cases, managing end-user testing, analyzing business requirements, and creating actionable user stories.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Solutions : Captures business requirements during requirement gathering with stakeholders and creates stories and associated acceptance criteria with minimal help. Outlines acceptance criteria for various pathways and use cases. Participates in ideation sessions and suggests new ideas and solutions. Responsible for the end-to-end solution in partnership with a Digital Product Owner; including requirement gathering, defining metrics, implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring. Collaborate and maintain a thorough working knowledge of business processes
- Delivery : Triages simple and common site experience and functional issues. Proactively communicates all initiatives, enhancements, and releases impacting the product area to ensure business readiness
- Documentation : Creates process flow diagrams and leverages process flow tools. Review Business Requirement Documents to identify and report potential risks to existing. Processes. Review and update existing documentation for business processes as required. Create new documentation where none exists
- Data : Executes reports to analyze various KPI's. Participates and contributes to data mapping and data transformation activities.
YOU ARE
- A problem-solver with critical thinking skills
- An excellent presenter and communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with solid time management skills
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in computer information sciences or equivalent experience is required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- 2+ years experience as a Digital Product Analyst
- Scrum Master Certification is a plus
- Agile product lifecycle experience preferred
