About the role:
As the B2B Product Commercialization lead, you'll play an integral role in getting our B2B products in the hands of our customers and ultimately streamlining business management functionality. Working as a member of our product team, you will build strong relationships with internal teams all across FIS to win B2B market share.
About the team:
FIS B2B team is part of a newly formed organization within the Chief Product Office focused on critical areas of business growth for FIS as a whole. The team works across Banking, Merchant and Capital Markets to support the strength of assets we bring to the B2B ecosystem. This high growth area of the company is responsible for strategic market insight, including competitive and customer facing input, to support the long-term strategic plan and ensure product execution and partnerships to complement the vision in key areas for the business. It is a fast-paced team that brings a platform-based view of how we will continue to win in market, both for the US and globally.
What you will be doing?
In this role you will be responsible for managing the overall Commercialization/GTM process for the B2B Product Solutions & Partnership team. This includes all B2B product areas globally (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Embedded Finance, etc). Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Clearly define and implement on holistic commercialization process for the B2B team
  • Identify all GTM & Commercialization gaps within B2B products and action plan to address the gaps
  • Create GTM & Commercialization plans for new product/major feature launches as needed, including:
    • Market Research/Market competitive intelligence
    • Market Engagement
    • Complete/Updated Product Documentation
    • GTM collateral/testimonials
    • Campaign Delivery/Reporting (working with marketing)
    • Sales Enablement (in conjunction with Sales Readiness)
    • Ensure operational readiness of the product


What you will need:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in developing and executing go-to-market commercialization plans.
  • Navigation skills to effectively conduct market research to create a competitive analysis
  • Strong alignment and partnership with Marketing, LOB, Sales Readiness and Product delivery teams to position each product launch for success
  • Strategic and thoughtful communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to indirectly influence and navigate complex relationships
  • Ability to create, improve and maintain creative product materials
  • Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple opportunities and projects concurrently
  • Ability to keep a strong attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture

  • Experience with sales, product marketing or product launches specific to the Fintech or Payments industry
