Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management background, experience leading large projects, and have well-rounded technical background. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also focus on design thinking and prototyping process. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring the product supports the Global Technology's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager will have a deep understanding of Product Life Cycle and the Microsoft Azure Cloud. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members to ensure that our products amaze and delight our customers. You will also play a key role in building up the product discipline. Strong partnership and influencing skills are required as this role interfaces with various partners across geographies, functions and teams.
Job responsibilities

  • Overseeing and owning the overall of product development and delivery
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success
  • Partner with teams (product, engineering, technology, risk, compliance, operations, ..) to support Product offering and Roadmap, Client Engagement, Service Measurement and Continuous Improvement
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" internally in guiding product design and development
  • Conduct product discovery to identify and prioritize opportunities for product development that are in-line with desired business outcomes
  • Define product strategy and roadmap based on ongoing user, market and analysis
  • Implements in accordance with the product vision and strategy


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Working knowledge of product management techniques (e.g., product strategy development, customer engagement)
  • Knowledge of process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping) and business value/impact
  • Experience identifying opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing delivery against a multi-year roadmap.
  • Participate in and /or lead the strategic direction, feature design, user interaction, requirements, and outcome based roadmap of one or more products and solutions.
  • Experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs at all stages of product development.


Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Industry standard Product Manager certification - Certified Product Manager or New Product Development professional certification a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field , Masters or MBA preferred.
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
