AVP, Product Management – Global Service Provider will be responsible for driving strategy and roadmap to accelerate global service provider business at RingCentral and migrate legacy base to RingCentral platform. We are looking for a Product leader with in-depth experience in Unified Communications and Collaborations industry.
You care deeply about customer experience. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. Saying “no” is as important as adding new features. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.
You know how to build a team and develop a platform to onboard service providers at scale.
Responsibilities:
Drive the Product Management process to enable North American Telco Service Providers to drive RingCentral UCaaS and CCaaS solutio0ns
Maintain strong relationship with sales and the Service Providers
Understand and prioritize Service Provider and end customer needs
Define features including technical requirements and user experience
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on feature definition and development
Work with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy
Track and measure product adoption
Mentor team members to create a culture of excellence
Qualifications / Requirements:
8+ years of product management leadership experience
Experience working with Telco Service Providers, like AT&T, Verizon, Comcast
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly empathetic with users, customers, partners, and co-workers
Effective written and presentation skill
Bonus:
MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with IMS networks, especially mobile
Experience in launching product in International markets
Experience developing multi-tenant cloud software
