As an Associate Technical Product Manager on the Coach team, you will work to build and deliver new product features and enhancements. You will support the goals of the Coaching business to help members succeed at making key lifestyle changes by applying behavioral change concepts and digital tools. Consumers and our clients need programs that will improve healthcare access and lead to better outcomes while reducing the total cost of care for all. You will join a diverse and dynamic product leadership team responsible for digital coaching and therapeutics products serving 100M+ users across the U.S.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Coach product team throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle and ongoing management of new and existing features for provider referrals
  • Define detailed requirements and user stories to implement referrals capability for coaching
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize features and define product strategies according to client and market indicators
  • Work with clients on implementation options and process for different types of referral processes
  • Stay on top of all relevant healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products around growth, engagement, retention and other KPIs
  • Work with the product leadership teams to contribute to building and defining product strategy
  • Work with clients on implementation options and process for different types of referral processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Product teams with a solid understanding of product management responsibilities and practices
  • Experience contributing to the concept creation, design, and launch of products or programs
  • Great relationship-building skills when you're talking with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail including the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Healthcare industry experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $58,800 to $104,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
