We are seeking an Associate Product Manager that will participate in projects & initiatives aimed at driving product line growth and profitability. In these projects, initiatives, and daily tasks, the Associate PM will see regular interaction and collaboration with cross-functional team members. Understand, document, and effectively communicate the product and business requirements critical to the development of new or existing products, to drive towards achieving the corporate objectives of CastleBranch.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously gather and document various processes, objectives, recommendations, and requirements related to a pivotal product grouping that impacts all functions of the business, both internally and externally
  • Compile business cases for all recommendations related to current and future
    product sets to meet Corporate Objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Performs competitive product analysis to support the justification of product
    development related to a target market, problem identification, and competitive landscape to be shared with internal stakeholders
  • Develop recommendations related to strategic initiatives,
    marketing content, validating the market, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Seeks to understand each area of problems faced by our primary markets,
    researching to fill in gaps on an as-needed basis, defining product features to meet market demand and challenge competition.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional members to plan, develop, and implement product vision and strategy.
  • Connects with stakeholders across the organization for subject matter expertise, product testing, implementation, and user training (both internal and external) of new and existing products.
  • Establishes and communicates business needs and product development milestones that achieve company objectives.
  • Maintains communication with internal stakeholders through weekly reports to ensure that learnings stay relevant and timely, based on needs.
  • Demonstrates soft skills such as attention to detail, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, time management; collaborate with team members across all departments; and work independently while being a team player
  • All other duties as assigned relative to job function.



Ability to work in a full remote capacity residing in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, NC, NV, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI.

Top Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associates preferred, or comparable work experience.
  • Strong Business Acumen along with Leadership and Navigation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at all levels up and down reporting structure.
  • Experience with navigation in software platforms and web-based applications.
