As an Associate Product Manager of the restaurant operations product team, you will be part of the team that is transforming the strategy to make kitchens, the heart of the restaurant, more productive, streamlined and pleasant. You will develop a deep empathy for the needs of our restaurant customers (especially Kitchen Staff) and their guests while working with teams across Toast including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to build and shape innovative new products and offerings.
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and other key stakeholders, you will craft a roadmap driven by market fit, customer needs, and a delightful user experience. This is a high visibility role with an opportunity to make a real impact at a fast-paced and dynamic organization with phenomenal growth.
About this roll*:
- Develop relationships with restaurateurs and restaurant personas (Manager/Servers/Cooks) to deeply understand current pain points and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure the business impact and customer outcomes of initiatives.
- Define problems and strategic rationale before designing solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate feature requests to Engineering and Design teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Drive go-to-market and adoption actions to deliver impact and value to customers.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams.
