Summary:

This position is part of the Global Platform for SureSmile and works with the Product Management team on product lifecycle activities relating to the hardware devices within the SureSmile global product portfolio, including cross-functional collaboration to improve and expand the portfolio and drive SureSmile business growth. The product portfolio includes clear aligners, retainers, and IDB (Indirect Bonding - a form of traditional orthodontic treatment) as well as supporting dental consumables.

Responsibilities include defining customer requirements, SKU management, development of supporting documentation in collaboration with Technical Documentation and Sales Training, product development support, management of existing products, and end-of-life product planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management, from the development of customer requirements, product development support, portfolio maintenance, and end-of-life process.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Clinical Research teams to identify market and user needs and provide technical product support.
• Provide marketing inputs and drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure customer and market needs are realized in product updates and development projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the existing devices portfolio
• Day-to-day portfolio management and maintenance of specific product brands in accordance with business objectives and strategies. Drive the development and execution of upstream marketing activities including collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver a consistent product experience that meets user needs.

• The job requires approximately 10% travel.

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline. Advanced degree a plus.

Certifications/licensing : None

Years and Types of Experience :

3+ years of product management and/or upstream marketing and/or product development support. Experience working on a global basis across multiple geographies and across multiple technical product segments.

• Previous experience with dental or medical device marketing is a plus.
