Job Summary
As a part of the Genomics Product Management team at Q2 Solutions you will work to support the development of custom molecular genomic testing utilized, by our partners and clients, within clinical studies to drive the improvement of patient care. The Genomics Associate Product Manager will oversee the portfolio of custom development capabilities across a range of platforms such as Next-Generation Sequencing, droplet digital PCR, and qPCR. As a Genomics Associate Product Manager, you will optimize the value of bespoke service offerings through standardization and optimization of custom development project scoping processes and support content generation to communicate value of our capabilities. The Genomics Associate Product Manager will also drive strategic selection of custom development capabilities for commercialization into standard offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Primarily support and optimize processes surrounding custom development scoping projects including proposal template creation, standardizing proposal budgets and supporting subject matter experts in creation of custom development proposals.• Manages and maintains the genomics product support repository of internal and client-facing literature including product spec sheets, example data deliverables, data descriptions, capability slide decks and other product collateral.• Support the genomics bespoke service capabilities through collection and management of voice of the customer, publications, scientific posters, market data and competitive intelligence.• Works closely with cross-functional product development teams to drive consistency of literature content and messaging to align with genomics business strategy.• Responsible for managing and participating in the review/approval process for new literature with key stakeholders within the genomics business unit. • Collaborates with the Q2 Solution marketing operations team on genomics launch events and other promotional activities. • Organizes, maintains, and distributes global genomics in-flight product dashboards including products actively in development and deployment roadmaps for global genomic laboratories.• Curates and maintains comprehensive global genomics test menu and manages communications with key stakeholders across the organization. • In collaboration with business, technical and operation teams, monitors the genomics test menu for instances needing product versioning or obsolescence.• Collaborates with business, technical and operation teams to participate in pricing tactics and product line strategies to support assigned products/portfolios.• Works closely with business development team and product managers to monitor KPIs of assigned products/portfolios. • Contributes to product management process improvement initiatives and facilitates implementation.• Adheres to all Q² Solutions policies, procedures, and employee handbook contents.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline and knowledge base of biological sciences. • At least 3 years of relevant experience within clinical research, health care, clinical or molecular diagnostic testing.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,AND ABILITIES• A highly qualified candidate will have technical molecular platform knowledge, such as Next-Generation Sequencing, droplet digital PCR, and qPCR.• Self-motivated team player with strong skills in organization, planning, oral and written communication skills.• Demonstrated ability to analyze, summarize, and convey complex information clearly and concisely while adjusting communication to the audience.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment.• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.• Strong analytical acumen to identify meaningful KPIs for making informed decisions.• A passion for science, a strong desire to learn, collaborate with and support colleagues to drive the improvement of patient care.
