We are seeking hardworking and talented individuals to join us in realizing our mission, which has the potential to spectacularly reduce the global burden of cancer.  The Associate Director, Product Management, Galleri Employer Solutions is the product leader for the Galleri employer commercial channel, with an emphasis on virtual care and telemedicine workflows. 


You will:

  • Own, define and supervise development of E2E workflows to meet unique needs of employer clients and programs.
  • Represent Voice of the Customer for employers, in collaboration with Customer Experience (CX), Product Marketing and Market Insights
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap toward standard, modular workflows that allow for “plug-and-play” partnering approach with different service providers, as required by Employer clients.
  • Drive product research on novel virtual care platforms and service providers. Perform landscape assessments of new service partners to meet business, product, and CX goals.
  • Develop product requirements, strategy documents, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Manage relationship and performance of key service partners that support the Employer product offering, and support process for evaluation, selection and implementation of new partnership opportunities
  • Support adjacent Enterprise commercial channels that rely on similar virtual care workflows 

Your background should include:

  • Worked in digital health, telehealth, healthcare navigation and/or clinical support / oncology Center of Excellence (CoE) services that sell to U.S. self-insured employer buyers. 
  • At least 10 years healthcare and at least 4 in a Product Management or Product Strategy role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Diagnostic services experience, oncology experience, and clinical background (GC, Nurse, PharmD) are an added bonus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and MBA and (or equivalent experience)
