A successful candidate will demonstrate:
As Product Manager, Security at Zoom, you will lead the product security roadmap with a focus on creating the foundation for security, privacy, data rights, and trust for Zoom.
Balance customer, product, partner, business, and executive requirements as you lead the vision for Zoom product security
Engage with product, engineering, and legal teams to design new security frameworks, APIs, and services for the current and future Zoom verticals (education, medicine, financial…)
Identify gaps in product roadmaps, design, product architecture, and network architecture with a goal to specify and build innovative technology to manifest trust in the Zoom platform
Utilize, design, or partner with authentication, authorization, and key management platforms for Identity and resource control
Drive organization and leadership of security subject matter experts inside of Zoom
Demonstrate thought leadership to educate about the Zoom security platform
Engage with other product owners and cross-functional teams on road-mapping, designing, building, testing, and going to market with security products and integrations
Lead strategic integrations with Zoom products and partners
Partner with Sales and Consulting on solving customer problems
Skills Required
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, distributed trust and key management
Familiarity with applied cryptography: methods and implementation
Extensive experience with cloud based services that terminate at SaaS and traditional software endpoints
Demonstrated understanding of security technologies at scale
Formulate and communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Demonstrated ability to make product tradeoffs that balance risk vs. reward in security and privacy domains
Ability to negotiate with and influence multiple cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Consulting, and Marketing, to execute product strategy
5+ years interfacing with internal stakeholders, executives, and external customers
Leadership skills to navigate ambiguity and pressure to drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent, MBA preferred
