Risk Products and Data Strategy (RPDS) is part of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization and is charged with building best-in-class capabilities and analytically driven strategies with global information platforms, powered by our Big Data tools and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms. Our teams enable the next generation of commerce solutions, globalizing strategies & processes to increase our customer engagement.

This role of Analyst - Portfolio Management within RPDS will deliver on various financial and operational related responsibilities so that the organization functions most efficiently. These responsibilities would include providing financial planning and insightful analytics that help drive strategy for the organization, partnering with external vendor partners to prepare Statements of Work and tracking related spend, and managing resource budgets. This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain a deeper knowledge of the Risk business, as well as gain exposure to and insight from leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting, forecasting and optimization of RPDS operating expense.
  • Support month-end close responsibilities including tracking, reporting, headcount, and expense management.
  • Preparation and communication of key month-end financial results to leadership.
  • Develop value-add decision and financial analysis supporting RPDS leadership, including Ad-hoc reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
  • Participate in development of short- and medium-term financial plans.
  • Partner with RPDS leadership to formulate and execute Resource Strategies and Contracts / SOWs (Statements of Work).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Finance/business-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing OPEX including forecasting and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Exemplary communication skills: concise, confident, and impactful with senior executives; able to maintain very high standards for written communications (emails, presentations).
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and error-free materials.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize workload across multiple deliverables and drive results while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Results oriented and motivated self-starter with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and proven ability to create clear and compelling documents.
  • Strong Excel and Power-point skills with experience presenting to individuals and small groups.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter and proactive.
