Job Description
The Consumer Community Banking Data & Analytics is a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team. You will be a strategic thinker with experience driving AI/ML solutions from ideation to product to implementation. A successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple initiatives across a matrixed structure with various contributors and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a strategy for the development and delivery of AI/ML and analytical products to support strategic business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, and metrics and reporting.
  • Drive a strong understanding of the product and its use within the business and across lines of business and functions, through collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders, including Product Owners, analytics leads, and business process owners.
  • Advocate for the simplest solutions to complex problems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing HL Modeling products and on AI/ML techniques and best practices
  • Take ownership of opportunities by presenting recommendations to stakeholders and building consensus on path forward
  • Manage the model life cycle in partnership with model developers, governance, controls, and legal from idea to data use proposal and approval to model governance documentation and risk assessment to ongoing audit and monitoring requirements
  • Represent the HL Decision Science Team in forums with external and internal stakeholders and customers by presenting the team's business results and accomplishments


Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Experience leading efforts to develop and implement Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AL/ML) and related analytical products
  • Strong time management skills, with demonstrated ability to set and track aggressive goals and timelines across multiple workstreams
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Excellent leadership skills - of product, programs, projects, teams and/or employees
  • Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills that will reflect the strong contributions of the HL Decision Science group to the broader goals of the business and its leadership
  • Comfortable with data analytics and/or visualization techniques (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau), as well as big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Cassandra, AWS)
  • 10+ years working in a strategy and/or analytics role with Bachelors degree required

  • Master's degree preferred
