Job Description The Team:
This role is within the Cybersecurity and Tech Controls (CTC), Governance Risk & Controls (GRC) organization. You will be joining a Product team delivering high quality and timely solutions for an internal application responsible for supporting various technology risk and control assessments performed by assessment service teams in the Global Technology Assessment and Assurance function and the Global and Regional Regulatory Information Security Managers. The product is focused on delivering a strategic, flexible, and scalable assessment platform capable of supporting various assessment methods applied against technology controls and various asset types. It is a web-based application developed on microservice architecture deployed on a cloud platform. You will be working in a highly interactive environment with feature teams practicing full Agile SCRUM methodology. The Product plays a critical role in a complex and robust ecosystem interconnected with multiple upstream and downstream systems. Business process flows and data flows supported by the Product are cross-product and cross-functional and you will play an integral role developing solutions that are well-defined and well-integrated throughout the E2E journey in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with users and stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document requirements in Confluence/Jira.
  • Conduct user interviews, prepare designs and translate the user requirements into valuable business outcomes.
  • Write JIRA stories with clear user story, acceptance criteria and definition of ready.
  • Ensure the backlog of user stories is ordered, well documented with mock-ups as needed.
  • Manage the product deliverables against aggressive stakeholder commitments and deadlines, removing blockers to progress product development.
  • Coordinate UAT sessions and sign off with users. Validate the 'acceptance criteria' & results in UAT, raising critical bugs as a matter of urgency.
  • Support product releases prior to, during, and post deployment.
  • Attend all SCRUM ceremonies and ensure preparedness to avoid development delays.
  • Train users on the tooling solution and ensure training documentation is kept evergreen.
  • Maintain effective relationships with users, sponsors, stakeholders, and key partners, managing their expectations.
  • Monitor operational metrics to manage product's optimal performance.
  • Develop monthly release plans as well as yearly roadmap of target outcomes.

  • Experience of the Agile / SCRUM methodology, knowledge of Jira / Confluence.
  • Experience writing user stories and user journeys.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Experience designing QlikSense dashboards is a plus.
  • Regulatory and Technology Risk and Controls knowledge is a plus.
