Valeo Czechowice eAutomotive is seeking candidates for a team passionate about designing and leading cutting-edge eDrive solutions, including electric drive systems, electric motors, and smart actuators. We thrive on close collaboration with global customers, continuous technological advancement, and creative problem-solving.
What We Expect:
Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management.
Experience in designing or leading eDrive solutions or similar technical projects.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop technical specifications.
Proficiency in technical drawing and automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL is a plus).
Strong mechanical background or knowledge of hardware/software product development and basic system engineering
Fluency in English
Strong teamwork skills and resilience in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Prepare technical RFQ responses by analyzing customer specifications and defining product requirements.
Lead projects from concept to serial production, monitoring timelines, budgets, and milestones, and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Represent R&D in customer interactions, serving as the primary technical liaison and meeting with internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
Assign tasks, provide technical guidance to team members, and evaluate technical designs and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
Resolve technical challenges by analyzing data, consulting with subject matter experts, and addressing urgent issues (e.g., design flaws, production delays, or quality concerns) through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Define and oversee product testing, analyze results, and propose optimizations or changes to enhance performance.
Review and approve technical documentation, including system requirements, test plans, and compliance reports, to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Conduct risk analysis (D-FMEA/DRBFM) and resolve production challenges to maintain project progress and product quality.
