Product Technical Leader

At Valeo Powertrain Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice we produce advanced drive systems for the automotive industry. In our activities, we focus on modern and ecological technologies, thanks to which we are a pioneer of these solutions in Poland, while contributing to ensuring a clean and low-emission future in the automotive industry. We design and produce electric drive motors for passenger cars. We also deal with other drive systems that help reduce fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions - including the creation of innovative electric turbochargers. We are one of the few factories in Poland that produce electric motors and focus on a large product variety. We also have a modern R&D center where we improve our products.

Job Description:

• Preparation of the RFQ technical answer to the customer: analysis of the customer specification, management of the product definition to be in line in customer environment and respect the customer functionality requirements;

• Potential implementation of new project to the serial production;

• Represent the R&D function in front of customer;

• Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs;

• Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the customer deadlines;

• Define test details, planning and supervision with interpretation of results;

• Define changes and deviations in the product;

• Solving production problems in the product area;

• Risk analysis in the D-FMEA / DRBFM product.

Requirements:

• Education in mechanical or electrical engineering or project management;

• Good knowledge of technical drawing;

• Work experience in a similar position/project development;

• ASPICE/ASIL requirements are a strong asset;

• Knowledge of product with software/hardware is welcome;

• Basic system knowledge is welcome;

• Knowledge of automotive industry standards is welcome;

• Knowledge of English at the level of free communication, German or French will be an asset;

• Teamwork skills and international environment;

• Resistance to stress;

• Creativity and dynamism in action.
