The Role
Job Description:

Job Description Summary

•    Present and inform the doctors, pharmacist, and Hospitals about the company products in order to obtain the prescription in his/ her territory
•    Visit Doctors, Pharmacists and Hospitals in order to inform on products according to the marketing strategy and with the frequency and impact approved based on market segmentation.  Build up and maintain a relationship with these stakeholders. Assist with Scientific congresses determined by the company.
•    Inform in an accurate and timely manner on the Company’s product portfolio and key messages positioning: use of marketing material, objection handling and resourceful in differentiating strongly our offerings compared to competition. If necessary, work across functions to meet the demands of the territory to achieve growth. 
•    Obtain information and support listing of new products, possible public tenders. Work across functions to align strategically, Support identification of key influencers to obtain positive outcomes. 
•    Propose activities in his/her territory – organizing clinical sessions, and invitation of KOLs as speakers/ faculty. Where necessary, to organize these activities in line with the budget approved. 
•    Conduct the appropriate processes needed to support pre-approval of activities, managing the budget assigned with an overview on how it will help in key accounts support and growth. 
•    Record daily activities and calls to the CRM system and keep a good database of doctor’s comments, feedback and prescriber behavior. Provide accurate and timely expense claims reports that are in line with the nature of the approved expense items and compliant with policies of the company.

Requirements
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales representative in a pharmaceutical company
•    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
•    Experience in general pharmaceutical sales within the assigned territory, or experience in Urology and Gastroenterology (Uro & GI), will be a definite advantage
•    Good understanding of the healthcare market 
•    Effective verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
