  • Support the achievement of sales targets and provide accurate forecasts, opportunity updates, and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with our Life Sciences Sales Team.
  • Monitor and report on product adoption, utilization, and client engagement to track success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, client workflows, and research challenges to articulate product ROI and scientific or operational impact.
  • Create tailored product value analyses and ROI models for life sciences clients based on deep understanding of clinical, RWE, and research workflows.
  • Recommend market segmentation and account strategies informed by product expertise and life sciences industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to execute targeted campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and support sales enablement through product training for the Life Sciences Sales Team.
  • Facilitate offer and contract discussions to ensure alignment with client needs and research objectives.
  • Support early adopter clients by offering recommendations and guidance for successful implementation and integration of IMO solutions.
  • Gather and share client feedback to inform product development, commercialization, and cross-functional strategies.
  • Participate in all phases of product development to ensure alignment with life sciences market needs.
  • Develop playbooks and enablement materials to drive rapid product adoption and maximize client value.
  • Deliver product briefings and subject matter expert-level presentations to educate and empower internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Subject matter expertise in life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare data, including workflows around RWD/RWE, data normalization, and clinical trial data integration.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales or commercialization is helpful but not required; the focus is on applying domain expertise to support revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or scientific concepts into clear business value for clients.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders across R&D, commercial, and data science functions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to inform strategy and execution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a reputation for taking initiative and delivering results.
  • Comfortable participating in commission-based incentive structures tied to sales success.

What We Do

We are a team of dedicated clinical terminologists, data scientists, industry subject matter experts, and informaticists who helped facilitate the evolution from analogue to digital capture of clinical events, the precise code-mapping that simplifies complex workflows, and the translation of unstructured into structured data. We “wrote the digital dictionary” used in every major EHR, and we are leveraging clinical AI to generate insights that expand and deepen our impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

At the end of the day, we don’t make decisions for our clients. We provide them with the digital tools to enable sound decision-making.

Why Work With Us

We are building a clinical intelligence stack—medical ontology, human expertise, and AI—that makes data more useful and more powerful. By enhancing data’s structure, richness, and precision, we reduce noise and error, streamline complexity, and create clarity across the clinical information chain.
