💼 About the role

PQShield is looking for an Experienced Product Manager for our PQPerform hardware product portfolio to expand our product team. Candidates should hold a degree in Hardware Engineering/Computer Science or Marketing/MBA or equivalent. We hope that you have at least 10 years of experience, but also an open, innovative mindset.

⚒️ What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for PQPerform products and solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and industry trends related to Post-Quantum Cryptography for hardware aiming to have the best performance for high throughput and low latency.
• Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps for PQPerform based on prospects and customer feedback, market insights, and latest technology developments.
• Align tech leads and sales behind the product vision and align roadmaps.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure best in class product positioning.
• Run an efficient workflow - integrated into existing Hubspot and JIRA workflows- to collect, manage, and prioritise insights and transform them into product features.
• Measure product performance utilising data from customers, prospects, and engineering and other data sources.
• Pioneer usage of AI tools for efficient insights gathering and prioritization.

🎯 Required Skills And Qualifications

• Track record of successfully launching and managing complex hardware security IP products.
• Deep knowledge of the high-performance hardware security IP market (RAM, cloud computing, hyperscalers, network security).
• Knowledge of high-performance computing, e.g. TLS acceleration, VPN security, and cloud security workloads.
• Strong understanding of competitive cryptographic acceleration solutions (e.g., Intel QAT, AMD/Xilinx, NVIDIA DPU, CUDA).
• Experience with performance optimization for cryptography: trade-offs in PPA (Power, Performance, and Area).
• Experience with benchmarking KPIs (latency, area, speed, throughput, power efficiency).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Marketing/MBA, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with chip design flows, RTL, FPGA development, or ASIC implementation is a plus.
• Experience with standards and certifications (CAVP, SPDM, PSP)
