About the Product Owner role...
A Product Owner at SiteMinder partners with the Product Manager to prepare documentation and artefacts based on requirements and collaborate with development teams on detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. They ensure features meet user needs and business goals by tracking success metrics to evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives.
What you'll do...
Assist in exploration and refinement of the product roadmap by partnering closely with the Product Manager.
Prioritise the team’s product backlog to ensure focus is on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
Maintain the team’s product backlog, ensuring an appropriate pipeline of refined items is ready for development.
Work closely with the Engineering team to translate requirements into user stories with detailed feature specifications and well-defined acceptance criteria.
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, inceptions and retrospectives.
Define product release plans and regularly communicate delivery progress and milestones to all affected stakeholders.
Manage production issues and customer support queries, incorporating small fixes and enhancements into the backlog.
Stay current with product management best practices, industry trends, and Agile methodologies.
What you'll have...

3+ years' experience in Agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of product tools, lifecycle and practices.
