A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Plan, manage, and deliver multi-stream insights and analytics programs from initiation through release.
Establish program governance, structure, and cadence to drive alignment across functions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively manage mitigation plans.
Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
Partner with development teams and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery.
Support change management, communication, and training strategies to drive adoption of analytics products.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / BI Delivery Lead
Strong expertise in Agile practices and managing complex, multi-domain business setups.
Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar tool for backlog management, documentation, and team collaboration.
Passion for teamwork, delivering great customer experiences, and continuous learning.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
Experience with data governance, change management, and supporting adoption of analytics products through communication and training strategies is a plus.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience).
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). .
