About you
Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog according to the product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Participating in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Refinement, and Retrospective).
- Monitor product progress and adjust priorities as needed.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure the product meets quality standards and delivers business value.
- Support the definition of roadmaps and release strategies
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
- Knowledge of UX/UI practices and data analysis is a plus.
