Product owner - Game development

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Product Owner with a creative edge — someone who doesn’t just manage game development, but helps craft the soul of each title.

Your Role:
As a Product Owner, you’ll be the central creative force behind a portfolio of new games. From concept to launch, you’ll guide the look, feel, and emotional heartbeat of each title — collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of artists, animators, sound designers, musicians, and developers to deliver games that stand out for their style, polish, and gameplay innovation.

This is a role for someone with vision — someone who can sense when a spin feels just right, when an animation lands with satisfying impact, and when a sound cue makes a moment unforgettable. You're not here to follow the market — you're here to set the tone.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end creative development of several game titles
• Collaborate closely with visual and audio teams to define the look, pacing, and feel of each game
• Design and refine unique, engaging game mechanics and animation timing
• Work with developers to ensure the creative vision is technically achievable and polished
• Spot the “X-factor” — that special ingredient that makes a game feel alive
• Maintain alignment between creative ambition and delivery timelines
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in game development
• Deep understanding of game feel: animation flow, visual timing, audio integration, and moment-to-moment engagement
• A keen visual and auditory eye — you know when something looks or sounds “off”
• Strong leadership and communication skills in creative environments
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile teams
• Passion for crafting games that are not just playable — but memorable
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the regulated real-money gaming industry
• Familiarity with game engines and production pipelines
• Experience as a software developer or working with software developers
• A portfolio or video reels of past creative work (games you’ve led or significantly shaped)
