Product Owner- Financial Operation
$67,630- $86,567 / year

What You Will Be Doing:
Convey a vision for the product and work with their product development team to see that vision through. Serve as the voice of the customer and ensures the product is aligned with the end users’ needs. The product owner is an expert in the use of the product and serves as the primary liaison for the product with internal and external customers. Detail-oriented, articulate, analytical, a big-picture thinker, and able to relate to and communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related position.
- Certification for Product Ownership preferred but not required.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), JIRA and Confluence.
- Comfortable working with large and small groups.
- Proficient presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
