We’re expanding our team in Poland and are looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive release management, documentation, analytics, and cross-functional alignment across our global product organization.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our growing team in Poland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving how Evooq plans, builds, launches, and manages its products. You’ll sit at the heart of the product organization — driving operational excellence, coordinating product releases, managing analytics and adoption insights, and leading documentation and training programs.

This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for a seasoned Product Operations professional with experience in SaaS or B2B software environments and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Release Management & Communications

  • Manage release announcements and distribution
  • Plan and execute webinars for product releases
  • Coordinate communication across teams for go-to-market activities

Training & Documentation

  • Lead and produce training materials for Evooq products
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
  • Develop training programs for internal and external stakeholders

Analytics & Insights

  • Manage dashboards and analytics platforms
  • Track adoption KPIs and product usage metrics
  • Generate insights about client behavior and product adoption
  • Provide structured reports and feedback to Product Management to close the loop and continuously improve product management practices
  • Provide data-driven feedback to customer success & sales teams
  • Support data-informed decision-making across the organization

Cross-Functional Operations

  • From feedback &, analysis, propose continuous improvement to product mgt and other practice
  • Stakeholder management across product, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Project/program management

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Product Operations at a manager or lead level.
  • Strong background in SaaS or B2B software environments (ideally in companies with 100+ employees).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional product initiatives, product releases, and go-to-market processes.
  • Hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and insights generation.
  • Expertise in training and documentation development for product teams or clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Based in Poland or willing to relocate.

Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with documentation and learning platforms such as Confluence, GitBook, Notion, or LMS tools.
  • SQL or data analysis experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and process-improvement skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or platform-based products.
  • Experience managing a small team (2+ direct reports).
  • Involvement in product onboarding, customer success operations, or GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable process improvements.
