BlackStone eIT, a pioneering technology company, is in search of a proactive and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development to market launch. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to define product specifications and features.
- Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to inform future product iterations.
- Facilitate product training and support for internal teams and customers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of +8 years of experience in product management or related roles within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively execute them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management and product management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
