Your Gateway to a Whole New World

At DataMap, you don’t just take a job — you step into an elite circle of consultants, innovators, and problem-solvers trusted by some of the world’s largest companies, including Google. Through our exclusive partnerships with Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle, you’ll work on projects and gain certifications that most professionals never have access to.

This is a role where you’ll shape the future of enterprise technology products — defining the vision, collaborating with stakeholders, and turning market needs into actionable product strategies. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to bring impactful products and enhancements to life, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable results while driving exceptional customer experiences.

If you’re ready to influence the product direction of a high-growth, globally connected company — and have the drive to push initiatives over the finish line — this is your chance.

Why This Role is Different
  • Exclusive access to global client feedback, partner insights, and market intelligence through our partner network.

  • Direct collaboration with C-level executives, enterprise customers, and world-class engineering teams.

  • Ongoing mentorship to grow into senior product leadership roles.

  • The ability to earn while you learn — we’ll support your skill growth with training and certifications.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for owning the product roadmap, identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products. You will gather input from customers, partners, market research, and internal stakeholders, translating these insights into a clear product vision and actionable backlog items.

You will work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered with excellence — while driving a culture of urgency, accountability, and customer-first decision-making across partners, customers, and internal peers.

Core Responsibilities
  • Roadmap Leadership – Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather and validate product ideas.

  • Urgency & Accountability – Drive a results-oriented culture, holding all contributors — internal and external — accountable for meeting agreed timelines and deliverables.

  • Cost vs. Value & TAM Analysis – Evaluate the cost, projected value, and total addressable market for proposed features and products to guide investment decisions.

  • Prioritization & Planning – Rank opportunities based on ROI, customer impact, market potential, and strategic fit.

  • Customer Experience Ownership – Ensure all product decisions improve the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding to in-use interactions.

  • Revenue & Profitability Monitoring – Track product performance in terms of revenue, margins, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Metrics & Inquiry Tracking – Monitor customer inquiries, product usage metrics, and satisfaction scores, and act on insights to drive improvements.

  • Backlog Management – Partner with the Product Owner to ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.

  • Sprint Coordination – Work with the Scrum Master to align sprint planning with roadmap objectives and enforce timely delivery.

  • Go-to-Market Support – Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch products effectively, including messaging, enablement, and rollout plans.

  • Product Publicity – Collaborate with Business Development and the website team to ensure products are effectively promoted and publicly represented.

  • Post-Launch Feedback – Gather and analyze customer feedback on products in use, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Nice-to-Have (But We’ll Teach You If You Don’t Have Them Yet)
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP-related product management.

  • Familiarity with agile, scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

  • Skills in market analysis, competitive research, and product positioning.

  • Understanding of financial, procurement, or supply chain systems.

If you don’t already have these, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and exclusive certification pathways to get you there fast.
