If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!   We're looking for a strategic and technically minded Product Manager to join our team and help drive innovation, scalability, and performance across our core platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and other product teams to define and deliver platform capabilities that empower our product portfolio and enhance the overall user experience. 
  
Responsibilities: 
 
Platform Vision & Roadmap  

  • Define and communicate the platform vision in alignment with company and product goals.  

  • Build and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that balances innovation, scalability, and technical feasibility.  

  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to strengthen platform capabilities.  

Execution & Delivery  

  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to design, build, and deliver platform features from concept to launch.  

  • Translate technical needs (APIs, data modeling, integrations, security) into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.  

  • Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise-grade standards for performance, reliability, and compliance.  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management  

  • Act as the voice of the platform across product teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and technical dependencies.  

  • Provide transparent, regular updates on roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and upcoming initiatives.  

  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand pain points and translate them into scalable platform solutions.  

Performance & Optimization  

  • Monitor platform KPIs (availability, performance, scalability, adoption).  

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in architecture, integration, and operational efficiency.  

  • Benchmark against industry best practices to keep the platform competitive.  

 
Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in product management or related technical role, ideally with platform-focused products.  

  • Strong understanding of enterprise planning, forecasting, and BI tools (e.g., Board, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau).  

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.  

  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).  

  • Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations using analytics frameworks.  

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); microservices.  

  • Understanding of RBAC, SSO, OAuth, SAML, GDPR, SOC2, and enterprise-grade data governance. 

  • Academic Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 

  • Strong communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.  

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about solving complex platform challenges.
