About the job

As a Product Manager on the Product team, you’ll own the strategic vision for our flagship product, the Mirakl Core Platform (our SaaS marketplace solution), with a focus on optimizing seller management across the entire lifecycle. 
Your goals are twofold:

  • For marketplace operators: boost end-to-end efficiency and control of the seller relationship
  • For sellers: simplify daily workflows and maximize performance on our platforms

You’ll work closely with the squad’s Engineering Manager, 6 backend or full-stack Java developers, 1 functional tester, and various business stakeholders across Mirakl.
We’re hiring on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Paris or in our Bordeaux office, with 2 remote days per week.

What you’ll do day to day:

  • Gather customer needs, analyze market trends, and align with company strategy to define the team’s long-term vision and roadmap
  • Turn that vision into delivery: write epics and user stories, organize sprints, track the roadmap and delivery, using FigJam, Productboard, and Jira
  • Lead discovery through customer workshops and collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, etc.) to capture and understand needs
  • Partner early with the Engineering Manager, Design, and Documentation to shape the functional roadmap—both on existing features and innovative ones—and create ideal development conditions
  • Drive the evolution of seller management within Core Platform to make operators’ work easier, through innovative projects, including AI integration, in close collaboration with Data teams
  • Own go-to-market: work with Sales and Product Marketing to define key messages, build collateral, and promote the product
  • Run competitive and market intelligence: analyze competitors to understand strengths/weaknesses and position the product effectively
  • Collect customer and end-user feedback, continuously track success KPIs for each feature, and propose iterative improvements based on insights

You’ll love this job if:

  • You have at least 5 years of Product Manager experience, ideally including 3+ years in SaaS software, particularly in e-commerce/marketplaces
  • You’re interested in or familiar with managing a seller base on platforms generating up to several hundred million in annual GMV
  • You’ve proven strong communication and stakeholder management skills, can simplify complex topics, and enjoy working in a tightly aligned product organization (PM, Design, Engineering Manager, Documentation, Product Marketing, etc.)
  • You’re comfortable with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
  • You’re curious about using AI to boost efficiency and innovate in the SaaS market
  • You’re fluent in French and English (international customer environment)

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience managing the seller lifecycle in a SaaS product
  • Experience managing accounts in a multi-product ecosystem
  • Practical experience in product marketplace environments
