- Define and lead the vision for platform entry points, ensuring they’re seamless, user-friendly, and aligned with compliance standards.
- Own the roadmap for onboarding and clickwrap functionality, driving measurable impact for customers and the business.
- Use design thinking, experimentation, and user testing to uncover insights and shape product decisions.
- Partner across teams to align priorities, establish shared goals, and deliver high-impact improvements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and guide trade-off decisions to maximize speed-to-market and value.
- Track performance against OKRs and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, onboarding systems, or UX optimization.
- Deep understanding of signup flows, onboarding journeys, and legal agreement acceptance.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, SendGrid, OneSignal, and headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Rally).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and a bias toward action.
- Proven track record of shipping features that drive business outcomes.

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $99,000/yr to $125,000/yr depending on experience.
